So what happens if property owners do not give/sell their land?I certainly have a rudimentary understanding on the topic but with all the growth off the buckhorn exit it feels as if traffic flow is going to get a whole lot worse before it can be justified for improvements. With industrial development we can expect tractor trailers not just cars. What does orange county expect to do to make this less of a burden on existing residents.

How will properties around Area A be protected environmentally from development in the area? Many wells in the area are older and relatively shallow, could land owners wells be effected by industrial development?

How are y’all using ARP funds to support innovative economic development opportunities in western Orange? I know these are questions for Economic Dev and the County Manager, but would love to hear any of y’all’s thoughts
